If you live in Springfield, MO, and are willing to pick up the book from the distributor, the price is only $15.00, but you will still need to send the check to us first, and we will then notify you where you can pick it up. 

If you wish to have it sent to an address outside of the United States, please add $17.95 to cover the increased postage.  Discounts are available for orders of three books or more per order.  Please contact me.
